1. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation by the Venue within 14 days of the performance date will incur a 50% cancellation fee payable to the Artist. Cancellations within 48 hours require 100% payment. Artist-initiated cancellations will result in a full refund of any deposits held in escrow.
2. Equipment Requirements
The Venue agrees to provide the technical rider as specified in Annex A, including but not limited to: 2x Pioneer CDJ-3000, 1x DJM-V10, and high-fidelity monitoring. Sound check must be completed no later than 2 hours prior to doors opening.
3. Payment Terms
Total fee is $2,450.00 USD. 20% deposit ($490.00) is due upon booking confirmation to secure the date. Remaining balance ($1,960.00) will be automatically released from escrow 24 hours following the successful completion of the performance.
4. Recording & Media
The Venue is authorized to livestream the performance via BeatBite.live. Any professional photography or videography for commercial use outside the platform requires prior written consent from the Artist management.
5. Hospitality
The Venue shall provide a secure, private dressing room for the Artist and up to 3 crew members, including standard rider amenities (water, towels, light refreshments).
